NIKO PREOVOLOS
CHRISTOPHER PREOVOLOS

The passion that Designer Niko Preovolos has for great spaces started at a very young age where his eye for design and his attention to detail was already evident even as a child.
A Northern California native, Niko grew up in Marin County where at Redwood High School he took his first Architecture courses. His college years were spent in Southern California attending both UCSB and UCLA where he took numerous Architecture and Design courses. Upon completion of college, Niko worked as a Production Designer in the Film Business where he spent 15 years designing sets for Movies and Television. His experience as a Production Designer was challenging, stimulating and ever-changing and where he attributes his ability to design broadly.
Niko re-located back to Northern California where he currently lives on a small farm in West Sonoma County. Niko has worked as a Designer in the public sector for the last 12 years and founded Dwellingpoint Design with Architect and brother, Christopher.

With more than 20 years experience in both residential and commercial Architectural Design, Architect Christopher Preovolos brings both his training and instinctual vision to every project.
Christopher understands the needs of the client and the needs of a building and seamlessly creates solutions that fulfill both. He enjoys working with clients, taking the time to really listen and understand their desires. His approach is practical and realistic working to transform the client's vision into interesting and engaging spaces that seamlessly blend the interior and exterior environments that ultimately provide a cohesive and beautiful design.
Having grown up in Marin County, Christopher went on to receive his Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Oregon. Christopher currently resides in San Francisco where he works as a California licensed Architect and co-owns Dwellingpoint Design with his brother Niko Preovolos.
